✓ File a Claim or Reply

Filing a Notice of Claim, a Reply, and/or a Counterclaim. We meet in person or online, review your documents, get the full story, draft the pleadings and complete the necessary forms, advise on next steps, and help you file. Government filing fees are not included.

$1,500 + tax

✓ Settlement Conference

We prepare for and attend the settlement conference with you, with sufficient advance notice (usually at least 2 weeks beforehand).

$2,000 + tax

✓ Trial

We prepare for and attend trial with you, with sufficient advance notice (usually at least 1 month beforehand), and help you file documents and comply with any disclosure orders made at the settlement conference. Based on a typical half-day or full-day trial, our fee is capped by your claim value.

✓ Enforcing a Judgment (Collecting a Debt)

(a) Meet to discuss options for collecting the money owed to you under a judgment. (b) Complete and file a Summons to a Payment Hearing or a Summons to a Default Hearing. (c) Attend the payment or default hearing with you.
